Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer, Ami spearheads the integration of key growth strategies throughout the firm's infrastructure, spanning all departments. With a steadfast commitment to values alignment, simplicity, and clarity, she ensures strong collaboration within the leadership team. Ami is dedicated to fostering a cohesive organizational culture, driven by her passion for establishing and implementing core processes and operating systems. Her emphasis on maintaining high standards and cultivating high-performance teams underscores her unwavering pursuit of excellence.

In addition to her leadership role, Ami manages a successful financial planning practice that began after graduating from Bentley University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2000.  Ami currently resides in Southborough, MA with her daughter.  Outside of her professional endeavors, Ami is fond of Pilates, biking, hiking, walking her dog, cooking, and engaging in home improvement projects.  She also finds relaxation in hosting casual cookouts with friends and unwinding by her pool.
