Colette has been an integral part of Commonwealth Financial Group (CFG) and has a robust background working at previous local MassMutual agencies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, her primary focus is enhancing the employee experience. Dedicated to navigating benefits, fostering career development, and ensuring overall workplace satisfaction, Colette plays a crucial role in maintaining CFG's reputation as a leader in cultivating professional growth. This commitment is echoed by a 98% employee satisfaction rate.

Colette is the founder of our internal philanthropy committee, CFG Cares, which plays a pivotal role in allocating resources and opportunities for staff to maximize their donations and volunteer hours with local nonprofits. She is also personally involved with the Ladies of St. Anne outreach organization at St. Anthony Parish and is a member of the St. Anthony Capital Fundraising Committee and Eucharistic Ministry. She actively donates to and volunteers for Families in Transition, Salvation Army, and Easterseals.

In her free time, Colette likes to travel, bake, entertain, dine with her husband and friends, and have family fun. One of Colette’s favorite things is to sit by the fire with her husband and watch a movie or play cribbage. Any time Colette spends with her grandchildren is always memorable.
