As the Head of New Org, Dakota Brizendine leads our rapidly expanding team of Financial Planners, driving advisor growth and market development. Her visionary leadership has achieved an outstanding retention rate for the Financial Planning Mastery Program. Dakota is dedicated to working with individuals committed to transformative growth. She actively recruits the Modern Advisor, blending a systematic practice-building model with a culture fostering courage, collaboration, and grit – resulting in the retention of high-quality candidates.

In the Burlington, VT area, Dakota contributes to the community through personal and team philanthropy efforts. She currently serves as the Vice Chair of Special Olympics Vermont. Quarterly, she and her team volunteer, donate, or collaborate with organizations such as Special Olympics Vermont, Chill Foundation, and Rally 2 Give.

Away from the professional realm, Dakota, along with her husband Owen, two children, and their dog, find joy in spending time outdoors at their five-acre haven in North Hero, just 45 minutes North of Burlington. Whether tending to her gardens, engaging in boating activities on the water, or biking across the drawbridge to the mainland, Dakota embraces the beauty of life outside.
