We limit each program class to ensure that everyone is given the time and attention needed to be successful.

A TRAINING PROCESS GEARED TOWARDS YOUR SUCCESS
We have designed a comprehensive training and development program to ensure our financial planners have the necessary skills for a successful career as a financial planner. Our program is highly selective and requires only the most qualified candidates. The program is divided into phases:

During this phase, new associates will partner with our firm’s onboarding team and resources to become a licensed financial planner. Through weekly meetings and collaboration, we will guide associates through the process and connect them with necessary resources for success.

The second phase is an intensive 30-day training program. This will begin with a week-long Basics Training combining classroom and self-study. This training will focus on the key front-end activities necessary to succeed in the business. Language, activity, joint work, and productivity will be monitored and supported by our development team. After the 30 day mark, associates will have a mastery of language and key activity metrics.

The third phase consists of a tiered training curriculum that builds on concepts and products knowledge. During the second half of this phase, advisors will begin the process of designations and further education. Development includes classroom and field training, while maintaining the support of your manager and development team. By the end of Phase 3, advisors will have a scalable business generating $150,000+ of revenue and will have the opportunity to discuss a leadership development path.

How long is the Program? What trainings are in place to help me become a successful financial advisor?
Short answer: Nine months. The first three months are dedicated to becoming licensed, training, coaching, joint work, and mentoring.
Why would people choose to work with me if I don’t have a proper financial background?
While prior experience in financial services is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome individuals from various backgrounds who demonstrate a genuine interest in financial planning and a strong desire to succeed as entrepreneurs.
