Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Justin oversees the financial operations and performance of Commonwealth Financial Group (CFG), focusing on enhancing monetary transparency, nurturing the growth of finance-related departments, and implementing cost-effective measures through process improvements and benchmarking. Before joining CFG in 2017, Justin gained valuable experience at MassMutual Northern New England starting in 2008, and earlier at Fidelity Investments. His professional journey reflects a keen interest in understanding the operational and managerial aspects of a firm and an advisor’s practice. At MassMutual Northern New England, Justin’s desire to learn led him from a compliance role to Chief Operations Officer, overseeing a team of more than 150 advisors.

When CFG merged with MassMutual Northern New England, Justin spearheaded producer financial activity and assumed the vital role of CFG’s Chief Financial Officer. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration focused in marketing from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Northeastern University.

Justin resides in Bedford, NH with his wife, Brandi, and daughters, Chloe and Kenzie. In his spare time, Justin enjoys spending time with his family and friends and pursuing physical fitness.
