Nicole leads continuous improvement initiatives and drives cross-functional collaboration with departments such as sales, strategy, finance, and recruiting to foster alignment and streamline communication for business success. Her commitment to quality control ensures that services meet or exceed Advisor expectations. By integrating technology tools like A360, Salesforce, and Airtable into the firm’s operations, Nicole strengthens support for advisor practices and promotes efficient, impactful service.

Nicole lives in Shrewsbury, MA, with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially on the water, where she finds joy in creating lasting memories with loved ones.
